SV	Zo hield hij raad met zijn vorsten en zijn helden, om de fonteinwateren te stoppen, die buiten de stad waren; en zij hielpen hem.
WLC	וַיִּוָּעַ֗ץ עִם־שָׂרָיו֙ וְגִבֹּרָ֔יו לִסְתֹּום֙ אֶת־מֵימֵ֣י הָעֲיָנֹ֔ות אֲשֶׁ֖ר מִח֣וּץ לָעִ֑יר וַֽיַּעְזְרֽוּהוּ׃
Trans.	wayyiûā‘aṣ ‘im-śārāyw wəḡibōrāyw lisətwōm ’eṯ-mêmê hā‘ăyānwōṯ ’ăšer miḥûṣ lā‘îr wayy^a‘əzərûhû:

AC	ג ויועץ עם שריו וגבריו לסתום את מימי העינות אשר מחוץ לעיר ויעזרוהו
ASV	he took counsel with his princes and his mighty men to stop the waters of the fountains which were without the city; and they helped him.
BE	He took up with his rulers and men of war the question of stopping up the water-springs outside the town; and they gave him their support.
